Key responsibilities: - Gather and document business requirements
- Engage with project stakeholders throughout the process to ensure that requirements are accurately and completely captured, and that users agree and signed off on them
- Support developers (and/or vendors) during the design and build and act as a liaison between them and end-users for any issues and queries during solution design, build and test
- Provide input as required into project solution design
- Coordinate and User Testing
- End-to-end project management of smaller, discrete pieces of development
- Ad hoc. Support respective project manager and department manager in any ad hoc analytical tasks for the project and department in general as required
Key requirements:
- Solid business analysis experience, specifically experience in documenting business requirements, interviewing end users and facilitating workshops, user testing and working closely with developers through design, build & test
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Solid Use Case experience
- Previous experience with student management systems, Student One ideally
