My client is a partner of one of the major telecommunications companies and they are responsible for looking after the mobile devices (blackberries, laptops etc) a wide range of corporate clients. To support a period of growth they are looking for some enthusiastic and articulate customer support consultants.
 
The role will involve being the first point of phone contact for corporate clients, assisting with immediate technical enquiries and issuing tickets for more complex issues. You don't need to have any formal IT qualifications, but if you are passionate about gadgets or technology, this could be a really interesting career path!
 
To succeed in the role you must have first class spoken and written communication skills, have an enthusiastic personality and advanced administration skills. In return the client can offer some excellent technical training, a fun team, plus a genuine career path in a fast moving and ever evolving industry!
